““I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.” “Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.”

About Me
I am an integrative therapist offering Counselling and Psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. My approach combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of each unique, individual client. There is a focus on the integration of the body and mind together with our relationship and connection . In my practice I provide a safe confidential space in which to promote healing at all levels (mental, physical and emotional). I work in an open, honest, compassionate and authentic way, with the right balance of being supportive and challenging. We work together collaboratively.
Together we gain insights into old patterns that may be causing current negative thought patterns, behaviours and distress. This helps you to be more in tune with your authentic self.
Our minds can affect how healthy our bodies are, so by focusing on the mind-body connection you may become more aware of suppressed or unexpressed emotions and sensations; with the result that you are able to become comfortable with what previously felt uncomfortable.
I am a registered member of the BACP and have full professional indemnity insurance.
