Seeing a therapist doesn’t mean there is something wrong with you. It means you may be:

  • seeking clarity in some areas of your life e.g.(work, relationships, health) or self-development and personal growth, Exploration of spirituality

  • wanting to work through emotions such as grief, anger or its absence, trouble expressing it;

  • feeling overwhelmed or having blocked emotions so you are unable to express how you really feel;

  • Sleep problems

  • seeking help for depression and anxiety (generalised anxiety or panic attacks, feeling sad, low energy or hopeless);

  • learning new techniques to cope with difficult situations such as a life transitions, burn out, chronic pain and illness or learning how to put boundaries in place in toxic or challenging relationships;

  • increasing awareness and developing resilience

  • Bereavement and loss.

I offer both short term and long term therapy this can be discussed during your initial session. The first session will be 60 minutes and thereafter 50 minutes. During our initial consultation we can connect, explore and decide whether we feel the right fit to work together. I will ask you some questions about your past and present situation and what has bought you to seek therapy at this point in your life. It is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions and to see if I feel like the right therapist for you. I also offer a free 15-minute phone call to see how I can best be of help.
